The operative core groupis responsible for the further development of the model. The development is based on feedback collected during the dialogue round and on societal change. The objectives and principles of the National Dialogues serve as the guidelines for the development. Regular assessment and feedback collection are part of the operating model for National Dialogues.
Further development of National Dialogues will primarily take place with the operative core group, the permanent dialogue organisers and, secondarily, other actors involved in the topic.
Different “National Dialogue adaptions” create evolution inherent in the model and encourage the sharing of the results and lessons learned from the adaptions so that everyone can use them if they so wish. An effort will also be made to link these examples to the website of the National Dialogues.
