Organise a Working Life Tomorrow dialogue – How will Finland change as a result of work-based immigration?
Today’s young people are set to enter a new kind of working life as more and more people from around the world move to Finland for work. What kind of country is Finland for immigrants coming here to work? How do those born and raised here experience the effects of immigration on working life? What is needed so that people from different backgrounds can build a shared working life and society in Finland?
The ‘Working Life Tomorrow’ dialogues are part of this spring’s National Dialogues on Young Peoples’ Tomorrow. The dialogues will explore the impact of work-based immigration in Finland and on Finnish society. The aim is to gather a wide range of experiences from both those who have moved to Finland for work and those who have lived here all their lives. We’d also like to hear about the experiences of employers and others in the business community.
Organise a National Dialogue on Working Life Tomorrow anytime before 30 September 2026!
